Terms and conditions of our Drop-shipping program
Types of Drop-shipping programs available
1-Lace wigs - $25.00 monthly + $4.00 processing fee per order.
Membership Dues Members are required to pay monthly membership dues each at time of registration/signing up for program. Membership dues are charged every 30 days from day of registration, charged to the credit card supplied on the enrollment form and cover the previous months dues. A decline of credit card for monthly membership dues may result in termination of your membership if not resolved within 3 business days. If your credit card is declined a 10.00 service fee will be added to your bill.
Payment- At this time our preferred payment method is Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit or Bank card processed threw Authorize.net this is our preferred method as it is the fastest to clear so we can process your orders faster. If you require another payment method please let us knows prior to you placing your order. NO CODs.
The images contained on Couture Glam LLC. web sites and CD sets will remain the sole property of Couture Glam LLC. We reserve all copy rights and authority over said images. You guarantee to not reproduce or copy these images in any printed format without written consent from Couture Glam LLC. You also guarantee to not misrepresent these images as creations of your own or use them to copy our designs. All images are copyrights and trademarked by Couture Glam LLC.
Termination Either party may terminate the agreement at will by providing 30 days written notice to the other party by email or fax. All terms of this agreement will remain in full force and effect until the actual cancellation is received. You may not cancel membership if you are still using our images. Membership fees will be charged as long as you use our images. Monthly dues for the month in which you cancel are due and are not refundable. Membership may only be cancelled once each and every one of our images has been removed from your web site. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time with written notice.
Incorrect shipping address all orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip.Couture Glam LLC. will not be responsible for an orders being mis-delivered or being delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied on the order.

Shipping time, charges and fees- Estimated shipping time for orders shipped inside the USA is 4 to 7 business days after receipt of cleared payment. For all orders outside the USA are 7 to 10 business days. There is a $12.00 shipping fee added to each order to ship inside the USA for priority mail with tracking plus the order processing fee of $4.00 Shipping fee for Canada is $17.00 plus the $4.00 processing fee for Global priority mail with tracking. Shipping fee for Mexico and the UK is $22.00 plus the $4.00 processing fee, shipping for Europe is $24.00 plus the $4.00 processing fee. All shipping and processing fees quoted above is per order, all order processed and shipped threw us is insured with tracking.

Fulfillment Diamond Girl Global Inc. Drop Shipping will make every effort to ship and fill all orders received. However if an order can not be filled Couture Glam LLC. will notify the member within one business day. Please be sure to have your clients make a second choice hair color selection for the stock lace wigs should the first choice not be available.
Participation Couture Glam LLC. Drop shipping reserves the right to refuse membership or revoke membership of any member at any time. In the event membership is revoked or denied the said member will have no legal right to use any images owned or created by Diamond Girl Global Inc. Drop Shipping.
Responsibility Couture Glam LLC. Shipping is in no way responsible or liable in any way for your sites success the accuracy, or legality of its content and operation. Further, you have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in our drop-shipping/affiliate program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than set forth in this agreement.
Right to Modify Couture Glam LLC. Drop Shipping retains the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will not be retroactive. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your recourse will be termination of your participation in our affiliate program. Continued participation will constitute acceptance of the modifications.
I have read, understand and agree to all of the Couture Glam LLC. Drop-Shipping/Affiliate terms and conditions found above. I am aware there may be a monthly membership fee of $25.00 per month.
There is a $20.00 fee for any payment decline payment for your monthly dues.
